Price will be $5.50/lb due at the time of delivery. The $5.00 deposit will be credited at that time.
While not as popular on American tables as their cousins the chicken. There is something magical about Duck. They have a richness and texture more like beef. They are one of our absolute favorites around the farm.
The ducks will be processed in a MDARD licenced facility and will be available for pickup / delivery the next day. They come shrink wrapped and ready for the freezer. Birds are off to freezer camp on August 28th and will be available on the 29th.
