With 50 laying hens, we have eggs nearly all year long (excluding a brief period in the winter).  They come in a variety of colors.  All of our chickens spend their days foraging around the farm.  This natural foraging lends to a distinct richness in the eggs produced.  There is no going back once you've tried one, or twelve!
